You may cancel your subscription at any time — email admin@privategirlfriendchat.com or use the payment processor's self-service cancellation portal referenced on your billing statement. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges occur.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review promptly; erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded in full. Refunds for used subscription time are otherwise at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits your rights with your card issuer or our payment processor's consumer policies.
Charges appear under the descriptor provided at checkout by our payment processor, not "Private Girlfriend Chat".
